Processing Time

All hats are made to order and are generally ready to ship or pick up within about one week. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $6.95. Local pickup is available at 227 West Lake Street, Barrington, IL 60010. Customers will be notified when their orders are ready for pickup. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may vary by carrier. Shipping delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: CURATE + CO. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: CURATE + CO. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
