Is there a minimum order?

Custom hat orders start at 25 hats. Minimums for other merchandise are confirmed in your proposal.

How long does a custom order take?

Allow 3–4 weeks when a custom patch is needed. Share your event date so we can confirm a schedule for your project.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required for custom orders. Your proposal confirms the payment schedule and project total.

What if I do not have artwork or a product in mind?

Start with your audience, occasion and budget. Choose “Not sure yet” for artwork and describe what you need help deciding.
